Here's why the magistrate denied bail to Dileep

Synopsis

Court said that the accusations against actor are grave If released on bail the actor is likely to tamper evidence Order is a warning to like minded persons

The order of Angamaly First Class Magistrate court denying bail to actor Dileep in actress assault case is out. It states that the order aims to convey a strong message to all like minded persons. 


"Accusations against the actor is grave. The petitioner, if released on bail, will tamper with the evidence," the order says.

The one-page order agrees with the points raised prosecution against granting of bail. Court has also stated that the offences charged against Dileep are non-bailable. 

Dileep has approached Kerala High Court seeking bail.
