Kerala Police Chief has now come up with a statement that both the cops and Dileep are telling the truth. DGP Loknath Behera said that both parties are right and it cannot be said who is saying more rightful. 

He was responding to a statement in Dileep's bail plea that the actor had sent the letter of Pulsar Suni to the DGP on the day he received it. However, police had stated that Dileep filed a complaint only after 20 days.

In the bail plea, Dileep has said that he called the DGP, soon after getting the letter, and also forwarded it to the police chief through Whatsapp. He also states that a complaint was filed after two days. The police have denied his statement and said that they got a complaint only after 20 days.

Responding to this statement, the DGP has now said that both the arguments are right.

"Dileep was under observation since February, after the actress was abducted and abused. Police have to consider various factors when a complaint is received from such a person. In the case of any doubts, the police will have to conduct further probe into the matter. The case is under the consideration of the court. So nothing more can be revealed about this," the DGP said.
