Actress attack: Did Manju Warrier and Shrikumar Menon trap Dileep?

In a substantial development in the Kochi actress attack case, a key accused has claimed the case was scripted by several film personalities. Martin Antony, one of the accused, said actors Manju Warrier and Remya Nambeesan and directors Shrikumar Menon and Lal conspired to trap Dileep. Martin made the sensational revelation to mediapersons at the principal district and sessions court in Kochi on Wednesday.

In a substantial development in the Kochi actress attack case, a key accused has made some startling revelations, claiming the case was scripted by several film personalities, including Manju Warrier and VA Shrikumar Menon, to frame actor Dileep.

Martin Antony, the second accused in the case, said actors Manju and Remya Nambeesan and directors Shrikumar Menon and Lal conspired to trap Dileep. Martin made the sensational revelation to mediapersons at the principal district and sessions court in Kochi on Wednesday.

“Manju Warrier, Shrikumar Menon, Remya Nambeesan and Lal trapped Dileep in the case," Martin said, adding,"Manju got a flat in Mumbai and a role in ‘Odiyan’ as a reward for trapping innocent people like me in the case. 

"I have disclosed everything in court. I have full faith in the judiciary and hope to get justice," he pointed out.

Martin was the first to be arrested in the actress attack case. The police had found out that Martin had informed prime accused Pulsar Suni about the actress' movements on the day of the attack.
