One last chance is all Eshwarappa might get to mend his way

 After making public of his resentment against party state president BS Yeddyurappa, senior leader KS Eshwarappa might just have a last chance to tread the party line or go his own way. A report suggesting party president Amit Shah to give one last chance to Eshwarappa to “correct his mistakes” was submitted by BJP state in-charge Muralidhar Rao.

Eshwarappa’s recent public outburst against Yeddyurappa and planning to stage a protest against the former chief minister – if he fails to consider Eshwarappa’s demands – had in fact exposed the indifferences between the party’s senior leaders. Eshwarappa had strongly denounced Yeddyurappa’s style of functioning in the party.

While this was not the first time that Eshwarappa was waging a war against Yeddyurappa, but holding a disgruntled leaders’ meeting on a big scale certainly did not go well with party leaders.

Rao in his report has urged Shah to warn Eshwarappa from repeating the same without initiating any disciplinary action against him. This should be his last chance, the report said. Taking note of the complaints of disgruntled leaders, Rao suggested the leaders to iron out their differences in the party core committee meeting than venting their ire in the public.

With Elections by the end of the year, the Saffron party definitely does not want to lose its prospects in the state. Such indifferences in the party may dent the party’s future in the state, feel the leaders, reports Kannada Prabha. The report also felt that Yeddyurappa should take party leaders into confidence and sort out the differences than just listening to his coterie.

Meanwhile, Eshwarappa is defiant about associating himself with Sangolli Rayanna Brigade. "At any cost, I will not stop associating myself with the Brigade. During the last meeting, Amit Shah has clearly told me to go ahead with the brigade activities," Eshwarappa told reporters in his native.
