Karnataka Water Resources Minister MB Patil reacts to the Cauvery management scheme

The Water Resource Minister of Karnataka was in complete disagreement with the Cauvery management scheme. In a Press Conference held in Vijayapura, M.B Patil said that the BJP government betrayed Karnataka by washing their hands off the Cauvery issue.
