II PU student found dead in college washroom

Mystery surrounds over the death of a second PU student who was found dead in the toilet at the Chaitanya Techno School and College in Bellandur police station limits, on Sunday.
The deceased has been identified as Sarthak Puranik (17).
It is reported that Sarthak did not come out of the washroom for long. His friends who were all waiting for him to go to the hostel in the college premises went looking for him in the toilet. When he did not open the door, one of the friends - it is reported - found him collapsed on the floor through a window. The students immediately raised the alarm and the college authorities broke open the door. Sarthak was rushed to a hospital, but the doctors declared him brought dead.
It is reported that Sarthak was a native of Dharwad and was studying II PU at the college.
Bellandur police have registered the case and are investigating.
