Freedom Fighter HS Doreswamy asks NGOs to work together for Bengaluru's lakes

Freedom Fighter and journalist HS Doreswamy who has fought for several issues plaguing Bengaluru has said that the state administration is not serious on solving the problems plaguing the city's lakes. He believes that instead of disjointed efforts by NGOs, they must fight the city's woes as one entity.
