Constable awarded by city police after arresting notorious chain snatchers

 In a proud moment for the Bengaluru city police, a cop was awarded for his achievement of catching a chain snatcher on the run. The police recovered over 150 chains from the thief and are now planning to arrest gold shop owners as well if they indulge in buying stolen chains from the thieves.
