Congress reopening old scams to counter BJP attack

Synopsis

A team has been set up by Congress to reopen the scams involving BJP leaders. The Congress High Command has instructed Energy Minister D K Shivakumar, to set up a team. The team comprises 5 retired IAS officers and 3 social activists. This team will reopen scams and cause trouble to BJP leaders.  

The Congress is all prepared to counter the BJP attack on Energy Minister D K Shivakumar who was subjected to IT raid. A team has been set up to reopen the scams in which former CM and State BJP president B S Yeddyurappa, Union Minister Ananth Kumar, former ministers Murugesh Nirani, R Ashok, Shobha Karandlaje, Krishnaiah Shetty, MLA S R Vishwanath and other BJP leaders are involved, reported Kannada Prabha.

The Congress High Command has instructed Energy Minister D K Shivakumar, who is also the publicity committee chairman, to set up a team. Accordingly 5 retired IAS officers and 3 social activists are in the team.  

This team will reopen scams and cause trouble to BJP leaders.  Ananthakumar in Hudco scam, R Ashok in BBMP scam, Shobha Karandlaje in power purchase scam, Krishnaiah Shetty in KIADB scam, S R Vishwanath, Nirani and Yeddyurappa in land scams episodes will be raked up, it is said.
