At 4 p.m. on Tuesday, Kerala's Plus One admission trial allotment will be released. The trial results can be accessed by logging in to the official website www.admission.dge.kerala.gov.in. and clicking on the link 'For Higher Secondary Admission'. In case of corrections, candidates can use the Edit application function on their candidate login. The deadline for final confirmations, adjustments, and corrections is Friday, June 15 at 5 p.m. The allocations with inaccurate information will be cancelled.
11.59 AM: CPM State Secretary MV Govindan takes a U-turn on his statement against media
CPM State Secretary MV Govindan took a U-turn on Tuesday (June 13) on his earlier statement that the cases will be booked against anti-SFI campaigns in Kerala, while he was responding to the police action against Asianet News reporter Akhila Nandakumar. He responded to the reporters in Palakkad stating that he did not say that and he was misinterpreted. However, he still maintained that Asianet News Chief Reporter Akhila Nandakumar was also involved in the conspiracy and that's why the case was filed.
11.40 AM: Malayalam media stand in solidarity with Asianet News reporter Akhila Nandakumar
The Kerala Police action against Asianet News top reporter in Kochi, Akhila Nandakumar, for merely reporting on the mark list dispute in Maharaja's College, has drawn significant outrage. Malayalam media including Malayala Manorama, Mathrubhumi, Kerala Kaumudi and Madhyamam have expressed their support to Asianet News and its reporter.

10.34 AM: Motor Vehicle inspector arrested while taking bribe in Alappuzha
An assistant motor vehicle inspector was held while taking Rs 25,000 as a bribe in Alappuzha. Vigilance sleuths arrested MVD official S Satheesh while he was in his uniform and in the official vehicle. He demanded a bribe from contractors to permit overloading tipper lorries.
8.45 AM: Monson Mavunkal case: Crime branch says there is strong evidence against Congress state chief K Sudhakaran.
The Crime Branch of Kerala Police has named KPCC president K Sudhakaran as the second accused in the Monson Mavunkal fake antique fraud case. The CB submitted its report to the Ernakulam ACJM court, accusing Sudhakaran as complicit in the case. He has been summoned for questioning at the Kalamassery office on Wednesday. The investigation team told the court that there proofs that Sudhakaran acquired Rs 10 lakhs from Mavunkal.
8.33 AM: Kerala to receive heavy rainfall today; Yellow alert in 5 districts
The IMD has predicted heavy rainfall in Kerala today. A yellow alert has been sounded in Alappuzha, Ernakulam, Thrissur, Kozhikode, and Kannur. The state will also receive rain due to the impact of Cyclone Biparjoy. Fishing has been prohibited along the coastal areas.
