
Bengaluru: A few days ago, Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee president DK Shivakumar had tested positive for coronavirus and was being treated at a private hospital.
After days of treatment and testing negative for COVID-19, the leader was discharged a few days ago.
DK Shivakumar was under home quarantine even after being discharged, he continued resting at home.
However, on Friday evening, the KPCC president has once again been admitted to the Apollo Hospital in Jayanagar after complaining of severe fever.
DK Shivakumar is still under treatment in the hospital and there are no reports of him being discharged anytime soon.

Since many Congress leaders and followers of DK Shivakumar could rush to check on him in the hospital, the leader has requested them not to do so.
In a statement released by DK Shivakumar, he said, “I will be admitted in the hospital for a few more days until my fever comes down. I request everyone not to visit or gather around the hospital or my house”.
