Synopsis

The highest fare of this train will be ₹ 1656, which will include reservation fees, superfast charges and service tax. It is 1.15% more than the normal fare of an AC three tier berth of any other trains.

Railway Minister Suresh Prabhu will flag off the much-anticipated Humsafar Express from Gorakhpur on Friday. The train is equipped with many facilities and will run till Anand Vihar. The entire journey will be covered in 12-13 hours. The train is not going to run at a speed with which Talgo or Gatimaan Express cruises, but it can hit a speed of 130km/hr.

Passengers travelling in this train will have to shell out 1.15% more than the normal fare of an AC three tier berth.

Humsafar Express will stop at Chipyana Buzurg, Gonda, Kanpur Central, Lucknow (NR), Barabanki and Basti during its journey.
