CPM to launch new campaign to increase public relations before polls

Synopsis

The CPM has started its new campaign to increase public relations before Bengal assembly polls. The CPM is launching “Bari Bari Jao, Janasonyog Barao” program under the banner of workers organization. The program will start on January 3 from wards 75 and 76 of Kolkata Municipality.

The state assembly elections in West Bengal are due in April-May this year. However, the politics of Bengal is already heating up. The ruling Trinamool Congress and the BJP have already started several campaigns to increase public relations before the polls. 

The Trinamool Congress has started 'Banga Dhani' program and the state government has started 'Duare Sarkar' program. On the other hand, the BJP has started ‘Ar Noy Anyay’ program. Meanwhile, the CPM has also started its new campaign to increase public relations before polls.

This time the CPM took a new program to increase public relations. The CPM is launching “Bari Bari Jao, Janasonyog Barao” program under the banner of workers organization. The program will start on January 3 from wards 75 and 76 of Kolkata Municipality. The first phase of this program will continue till January 31. The next outline will be announced later.

In this program, CPM workers will go door to door to highlight the situation in the country and the state. They will highlight the suffering of the unemployed along with the rise in commodity prices in the country. The deprivation of ordinary people from several benefits will be highlighted in the campaign. Besides, the failure of the Trinamool government in the state will also be highlighted.

The worker's organization of CPM said that the main motive of this campaign will be to hear out the words of the ordinary people. However, it remains to be seen how far the CPM can reach the mass with this new campaign.
