Our skin experiences the harmful effects of pollution every day. Brutal chemicals, contamination of water and the Sun's harsh rays can wreak havoc on our skin. Pollution can cause long term harm and a lot of this damage may be irreversible.

Step 1: The very first step is cleansing. Cleansing is an important part of any skincare regimen. Since we are following a natural routine here, try cleansing with the help of raw milk. Wash your face thoroughly with water, do not use any soap. Once you're done with the face wash, take a cotton ball and soak it into raw milk. Now use this moist cotton ball and swipe it on your face to get rid of all impurities from the skin. It will aid in getting rid of dirt from pores and will leave your skin supple.

Step 2: The second step for an organic fruit facial is to shed off the dead skin. To do that you will require 1 tablespoon of lemon peel powder and 1 tablespoon of oatmeal. Take these two ingredients and mix them together by adding rose water to it. Mix the paste until it becomes thick. With the help of a facial brush or fingers apply this paste all over your face for 5 minutes and rinse it with the help of lukewarm water.

Step 3: The third step is to even your skin tone. Usually people apply chemical bleach on their face to even the skin tone, but the long term effects of bleach on your skin may not be beneficial. Use honey instead. Honey is rich in antioxidants and its anti-inflammatory agents act as a great nourisher to your skin and help in evening out skin tone. Apply it on your face and leave it on for about 10-12 minutes. Wash it off with cold water.

Step 4: The fourth step involves using natural ingredients, straight from your kitchen shelf, and applying them on your face for a quick massage. Take some tomatoes and mash them to a thick paste. Next add 2 teaspoons of lemon juice to it. Keep this mixture in your refrigerator and let it cool for 20 minutes. Take it out and pour 1 teaspoon of organic honey into the paste. With the help of a brush or your fingers apply this paste all over your face and leave for 25 minutes and wash it off with normal water.

Step 5: The last step in our natural face clean-up involves moisturising the skin. Take some cucumber and mash it. Add some fresh yogurt and blend it into the cucumber. Apply it over your face and neck and wash it off after 5 minutes. It will make your skin texture supple and hydrated.NOTE: Asianet News humbly requests everyone to wear masks, sanitize, maintain social distancing and get vaccinated as soon as eligible.
