The Alipore weather office explained that a cyclonic circulation is active over Gangetic West Bengal and Bangladesh. This system is drawing a lot of moisture from the Bay of Bengal, which is creating the possibility of rain today.
According to the Alipore Met department's bulletin, most districts will see cloudy skies from Saturday. However, the heat won't reduce. Today's temperature will hover around 35 degrees Celsius.
