The Met office has now released a major weather update. They say the sky will be cloudy from Wednesday morning itself. The weather is expected to change as the day goes on.

According to the weather department's forecast, several districts will have partly cloudy skies for the next few days. You can also expect scattered rain along with a chance of thunderstorms.

Today, districts like Bardhaman, Birbhum, Nadia, and Murshidabad will see partly cloudy skies. The weather will likely change as the day progresses. Meanwhile, scattered rain might hit East and West Medinipur, Jhargram, and Purulia.

Kolkata also got drenched on Tuesday night, with scattered showers across the city. The Met department says there's a chance of rain today as well. The maximum temperature will be around 33 degrees Celsius, and the minimum will be near 24 degrees.
