Cyclone Fengal impacted Chennai

Cuddalore, Villupuram and Krishnagiri districts declared a holiday for all schools and colleges while Salem, Dharmapuri, Tiruvannamalai, Tirupatur, Vellore and Ranipet districts declared a holiday for only schools on December 2.
