Coronavirus: Number of infected exceeds number of recoveries in West Bengal; 3,000 cases reported in 24 hours

The number of people infected with COVID-19 has increased in the state of West Bengal. COVID-19 infection is surpassing the number of recoveries in the state. Breaking the daily record, the number of people infected with COVID-19 has increased to 3,000. 

The number of deaths along with the number of infected has risen again in West Bengal. Concerns have been growing since Monday (September 7). COVID infection is surpassing the number of recoveries in the state.

Breaking the daily record, the number of people infected with COVID has increased to 3,000. According to the State Health Bulletin on Friday (September 11), 3157 new COVID cases were reported in the state in a single day. Out of these, 543 people have been infected in Kolkata.

According to the State Health Bulletin on Friday (September 11), so far, a total of 1,96,332 people has been infected with COVID in West Bengal. A total of 3,828 people died due to COVID.

However, as the recovery rate has come down, the state health department has raised concerns. According to Friday's Bulletin, in a single day, 3,016 COVID patients have returned home after recovering in the state.

So far, a total of 1,69,043 people has recovered from COVID in the state. The overall recovery rate has increased to 86.10 percent.
