Coronavirus: Kerala CM Pinarayi Vijayan, other leaders go into quarantine as FM minister tests positive

 It is to be noted that this is the first time that a minister from the Kerala government has tested positive for COVID-19.
 

Kerala chief minister Pinarayi Vijayan and other leaders who attended the state secretariat meeting in the state capital have gone into self-quarantine as finance minister Thomas Isaac tested positive for coronavirus.

Health minister KK Shailaja, AC Moideen, E Chandrasekharan, VS Sunil Kumar, Kadannappally Ramachandran and KT Jaleel were among the ministers who went into quarantine. Assembly Speaker P Sreeramakrishnan has also gone into quarantine.
