The death toll rose again in the state of West Bengal. According to the State Health Bulletin on Friday (September 4), 58 people have died in a single day in the state. On Thursday (September 3), the number was 55. 3,305 people recovered on Friday in the state.

According to the State Health Bulletin, on Friday (September 4), out of the 58 deaths in the state, 17 are from Kolkata, 14 from North 24 Parganas, 5 from South 24 Parganas, 5 from Howrah, 2 from Hooghly, 2 from West Burdwan, 1 from East Burdwan. 5 people died in West Midnapore, 1 in Nadia, 2 in Murshidabad, 1 from North Dinajpur, 2 from Darjeeling, and 1 from Alipurduar.
