Indore introduces street-style 'Fire Dosa' & it is delicious; See video here

An Indore restaurant has taken the internet by storm after it created a unique 'Fire Dosa'. Dosa is one dish that has been transformed like no other dish. From Schezwan Dosa, Spring roll dosa to chilli cheese dose, we have seen and eaten them.

The video was shared by 'Foodies Incarnate' and has already received thousands of views since the time it was posted. This dosa just costs only  Rs.180 and the unique feature of the dosa is the way it was cooked --- with huge flames from all sides. Talking about the preparation, the tawa was placed on the flames and the batter was spread on it. The assortment of spices, vegetables, cheese, sauces and masala was spread on the dosa. Later, it was garnished with cheese and served as rolls. With the help of a table fan, the dramatic flame effect was given.
