India continues to sweep through the raging COVID-19 pandemic, as the second wave of the same is making lives tough for the citizens. Furthermore, with the lack of medical amenities and facilities, along with a shortage of oxygen, health officials are seemingly helpless in their job to save the lives of the same.
Consequently, celebrities in the country are doing their part to ensure that the nation receives the lagging facilities by contributing monetarily. Earlier this week, Indian skipper Virat Kohli and his Bollywood wife Anushka Sharma had launched a COVID relief fund campaign in association with Ketto India and ACTGrants.
While the couple contributed โน2 crore as their share, they asked others to play their part by donating. The campaign was a success as it generated more than โน11 crore.

On Friday, the couple took to their social media handles to thank the contributors by sharing a video. "Anushka and I appreciate each one of you who came forward to support the nation. We are truly grateful. Jai Hind ๐ฎ๐ณ," Kohli captioned the video.
"Hello, Everyone. We thank you for your invaluable contribution. Our Keto campaign has now come to an end. We have surpassed our target. Thanks to you. Without your support, this would not have been possible. Let's continue to do our bit," the couple said in the video.
The same video was shared by Anishka, who captioned, "Our hearts are filled with gratitude after witnessing the kind of help we have received from you. Thank you once again ๐๐ป Jai Hind ๐ฎ๐ณ".
