
The All India Bar Examination 16 or AIBE XVI Answer Key will be released on Friday. The question paper and the answer keys are related to the AIBE XVI examination, which was conducted on October 31. The national-level certification exam enables law graduates and law students in the final semester of their programmes to receive their certificates of practice. The certificates will be issued by the Bar Council of India after the result declaration.
The answer key can be downloaded by the candidates through the AIBE official website named allindiabarexamination.com. Take a look at the steps to download the answer key:
* Visit allindiabarexamination.com.
* Check the notifications in the middle
* Look for the notification for AIBE-XVI
* The notification will open on the same page with links to the answer key and question paper set code from A to D
* Right-click on each of the links to open the list of options; select the 'Save Link As' option
* Save it on the desktop and then access the question paper and answer key in offline mode.
The candidates can use the answer key to calculate their expected score before the final results are announced. The notification will also have a link where candidates can raise their objections. Candidates normally have around eight days to come up with objections, if any, after which the results are declared on the basis of the answer keys as uploaded.
There are no negative marks in theAll India Bar Examination 16. The minimum qualifying percentage for the general and the Other Backward Class category is 40 per cent while the qualifying percentage for the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe categories is 35 per cent. There will be no merit list, the result will be announced with either pass or fail next to the candidate's name. Candidates who pass the exam will be eligible to get their certificate of practice.
