Gold, silver price today, November 6: Silver outshines gold on Saturday

Gold prices fell by Rs 190 while silver rose by Rs 1,800 on Saturday. This means that the price of 10 grams of 24-carat gold is now at Rs 47,220 while the same amount of 22-carat gold is valued at Rs 46,220. As for silver, the price per kilogram of the precious metal on Saturday rose to Rs 64,300.

In the national capital, the 24-carat yellow metal was selling at Rs 51,110 for 10 grams while 10 grams of 22-carat gold was selling for Rs 46,850. In Mumbai, the going rate for 24-carat gold is Rs 47,220 per 10 grams while 22-carat gold was worth is Rs 46,220. In Kolkata, 24-carat gold was selling at Rs 49,250 for 10 grams while 10 grams of 22-carat gold was selling for Rs 46,550.

In Chennai, the yellow metal was selling at Rs 49,410 for 10 grams (24 carats) while 10 grams of 22-carat gold was selling for Rs 45,050. In Bengaluru, the going rate for 24-carat gold is Rs 48,760 per 10 grams while 22-carat gold was worth is Rs 44,700.

Meanwhile, silver rates went up across the nation by Rs 1,800 per kilogram to Rs 64,300. A kilogram of silver is priced at Rs 64,300 in Bengaluru. In Chennai, the price of 1 kg silver is Rs 68,600. In Delhi and Mumbai, silver's selling rate was at Rs 64,300 on Saturday.
