Vijayawada Central's Telugu Desam Party (TDP) MLA Bonda Umamaheswara Rao, campaigning in Nandyal for the by-polls, threatened the people of withdrawing the pension scheme if the people do not vote for TDP. He questioned as to why they won’t vote even after profiting from the welfare schemes of the government.

The people wonder if the government is implementing the welfare schemes with money from their own pockets. In a recent election campaign, even Andhra Pradesh CM and TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu questioned likewise and raised a lot of issues. TDP Ministers, MLAs and senior leaders are following in on his footsteps.

Uma campaigned in the 24th ward of Nandyal Municipality on Tuesday and ordered people who are receiving welfare schemes to vote for TDP in the Nandyal by-polls. He also threatened people of dire consequences if they don’t vote for TDP.
