Telugu states will see a slow spell of weddings after November 28 as the Hindu calendar suggests inauspicious time till February 25.
Every year the month of Kartik sees a full bloom of weddings. But this year there was a break till November 7 with Jupiter being inactive and after November 28, Venus will become inactive, thus rendering them as inauspicious.
There are prominently three days in between which are considered auspicious for weddings, November 23, 24 and 25.
With this there arose a huge demand for priests, travels, flowers, venues and wedding paraphernalia. Telugu states will see a record breaking weddings this month.
