Thalapathy Vijay and Lokesh Kanagaraj's 'Leo' still make international money. The film earned over Rs 30 crore net in India on October 24 and is still going strong.
This is down from October 23, but it still did well at the box office. With Dussehra over, 'Leo' begins its major test today, October 25.
Box office revenues declined on 'Leo's first on October 24. Early trading estimates show it raised Rs 31.50 crore net in India. The film is approaching Rs 250 crore in India.
This brings the six-day domestic revenue to Rs 248.60 crore. 'Leo' was 65.79 per cent occupied on October 24. On Tuesday, the film surpassed Rs 450 crore globally.
Trisha Krishnan and Sanjay Dutt feature in Leo, the quickest Tamil film to collect Rs 400 crore. In five days, it broke Rajinikanth's 2.0 record of Rs 400 crore in six days.
The film is Vijay's debut in the Rs 400 crore and Rs 500 crore clubs. This film's screenplay was written by Lokesh, Rathna Kumar and Deeraj Vaidy.
Produced by Seven Screen Studio, 'Leo' had music composed by Anirudh Ravichander. Cinematographer Manoj Paramahamsa and editor Philomin Raj are part of the crew.
