The number is sizable, but individuals with large followings may also earn considerable money on a monthly basis, provided they are able to provide members with high-quality content.
By activating the platform's monetization option, content producers may earn money, according to a screenshot published by Musk on his Twitter account. The same image also discloses that Elon Musk has over 24,700 members to whom he is giving access to his online sessions and special information.
Musk posted a tweet to explain how the Creator programme works. "Content creators may wish to enable subscriptions on this platform. Just tap on Monetization in settings," he said in his tweet, posting a screenshot showing the relevant links.
Every user pays a monthly fee of around $4 to him. This effectively implies that, if you include in 24,700 members, he makes nearly $98,800 (or about Rs 80.9 lakh) every month. Therefore, Musk is making close to $100,000 from its monthly customers, which, when translated, would be equivalent to about Rs 81.9 lakh in India. The cost is comparable across most locations, and Indians must pay Rs 390 every month, which, when translated to US dollars, is $4.76.
Elon Musk claimed earlier this month that he would host a "ask-me-anything for subscribers," but this would only happen sometimes. Additionally, he disclosed that those who pay to become his Super Followers would also have access to his talks on Twitter Spaces.
