Viral Video: Three elephants stranded in a pond, scream for help

Three elephants fell into a pond dug for agriculture purposes at Kanakundur village bordering Chamarajanagar and Tamil Nadu near Sathyamangala forests. As the three jumbos were walking in the forest land, there was a mudslide due to heavy rains and the elephants fell into the pond, which was quite deep. The elephants tried hard to make their way out but failed and started screaming for help. The residents of the village rushed to the spot and informed forest officials, who launched a rescue operation. All three elephants were extricated and let into the forest safely.
