Karnataka's coalition govt is going through the test of time as the allocation of portfolios among the top cadres of the Congress and JDS is underway. Everyone seems to want the reward for the loyalty they conveyed through the toughest time by sticking with the party. As per reports, most of the prominent leaders from JDS appear to have been blessed by plum portfolios keeping aside the Congress loyalists. The notable name in the list of the ministers who tasted disappointment in the entire process, is the power centre of Congress, DK Shivakumar who played a vital role in keeping the flocks of the party together.
