You heard it right. A street food vendor from Vadodara has prepared this mango dolly ice cream chaat.
The three-minute video shows a man slicing the bread and pouring it into the coconut water. He then covers it with different sauces, dried fruits, and mango ice cream. Also, tops it up with mango chutney and shredded cheese. And finally, decorates the dish with small chunks of chopped ice cream.
Instagram user Street Food Recipes posted this video. After being shared online, the video has collected over 204k views. The video also gained numerous comments from the netizens. Some users were offended by the footage of ice cream mixed with cheese, while others were interested and expressed desire to taste the dish. Watch the video.
