A Bengaluru ragpicker identified as Cecilia Margaret Lawrence's well-spoken English amazed netizens.

A Bengaluru ragpicker has gone viral on social media after a video of her talking in English stunned netizens. She was also seen singing in English and people loved her soulful voice. The woman, named Cecilia Margaret Lawrence, was spotted rag-picking in Sadashivnagar, Bengaluru when Instagram user Shachina Heggar proposed to her for the video. 

Later, Shachina posted this video on Instagram. In the video clip, Cecilia said that she lived in Japan for seven years. After being shared online, some stated that Cecilia is a frequent visitor at the Holy Ghost Church on Sundays. Watch the video.
