A video of a chef designing an eagle sculpture with nothing but pure chocolate has emerged on social media. At first, sight it is impossible to accept that the bird is made of chocolate. Yes, Chef Amaury Guichon posted this video on Instagram with the caption, "Chocolate Bald Eagle! 1700 chocolate feathers later… (sic)."
