From traditional cases like dowry harassment to beating wife, the nature of complaints at Parihar, family counselling centre is shifting towards other family dispute causes. According to counsellors at Parihar, husband ending up having affairs at workplace is increasing.

The role of smartphones, social media are further causing trouble in families. Relationship experts claim that due to phones, long conservations take place and an intimacy is getting developed. In some cases, despite knowing about the marital status, some girls end up having affairs with men.
