More 'Force' for Karnataka Police, gets 50 more troop carriers

Karnataka Police has received 50 more Force Traveller Troop Carriers from Force Motors.

The troop carriers were handed over by the Karnataka Chief Minister B S Yediyurappa to the state police department on Tuesday. The vehicles were showcased at the Vidhana Soudha.

The vehicles will be used to assist personnel movement in 30 districts of the state.

So far, 87 Troop carriers have been handed over to the police department.
