Who owns Rajkumar Memorial that rests on 2.5 acres of land in Kanteerava Studios?

Bengaluru: Today is the 90th birth anniversary of Kannada's greatest heroes Annavru, Dr Rajkumar. He was born on April 24, 1929 at Gajanur. Everything about Rajkumar is of immense importance to the people of Karnataka.

The thespian who died on April 12, 2006 has left an indelible mark in the Kannada film industry and in the hearts of Kannadigas. The entire state of Karnataka holds the Rajkumar Memorial very close to their hearts. Fans of Rajkumar believe it is home to the legendary actor's soul. The memorial is also home to his wife Parvatamma's soul too.

However, the point of contention has been the land where the memorial rests. While the government has constructed the memorial and the land is part of Kanteerava Studios, there is no legal evidence to show who the custodian of the portion of land is.
