Meanwhile, The Indian Army has launched a massive search operation in Jammu and Kashmir’s Poonch district after two soldiers, including a junior commissioned officer (JCO), went missing after an encounter on Thursday.
As per a report by NDTV, the JCO and a soldier went missing after the Indian Army came under attack from terrorists on Thursday. During the encounter, the Army lost contact with the JCO on Thursday evening, the report added.
It must be noted that over 5 Army personnel have been killed in the encounter with terrorists during an anti-insurgency operation in Poonch on Monday.
