Starting today, he will work as coolie for two days this week and earn money that will be used towards expenses of party functions.
Not only that, he has directed all ministers, legislators and party activists to work as labourers for two days. The earnings from the labour will be used towards expenses of party's annual conference.
Besides, he hopes to strengthen the party at the grassroot level and attract daily wage workers.
The week-long initiative titled as 'Gulaabi Cooli Dinalu' which translates into ‘Pink Labour Daily’. Pink is the colour of the party.
However, it is not clear what kind of work he will take up. But it is said that he and the ministers are ready work even in farm lands too.
