Telangana Finance Minister Etela Rajendran received a thank you letter from a fan written in blood for his relentless work in the constituency. This is the first of its kind written to any minister at any time.

The letter was written by TNGO's (Telangana Non-Gazetted Officers) Union Chairman Mohammad Mujahid Hussain of Huzurabad. When asked as to why he has written in blood, his answer was that many developmental programmes had been taken up for Huzurabad and that most of them were being done at a fast pace.

He said, “Huzurabad people’s problems will be over very soon because Rythu Bazaar is being constructed. Mini check dams are being built along with new cemeteries, minority residential schools, RDO office and shopping complexes. A four-lane road is being constructed from Huzurabad to Jammikunta and Parakala. I am very indebted to the minister as a resident of this area. That’s why I am expressing my thanks to Minister Etela Rajendran with letters of my blood.”
