We saw the earlier this year, and now the box of the all-new Redmi Note 5 Plus leaks (via GizmoChina). The image just shows the box, without much known about the device. And, there is still no word on the Note 5 either.

We've seen Xiaomi launch the Redmi 4A, Redmi Note 4 and Redmi 4. So, it is likely that we see a similar Redmi 5 series of devices. The Redmi 5A could be the low-end variant, and the company may soon launch the Redmi Note 5 and its Plus variant. However, the company has been tight lipped about any such launch.

However, the Plus variant is likely to come with a similar set of specifications as the Redmi Note 5. The Note 5 could come powered by a Snapdragon 630. It may get 3GB RAM with 32GB storage, and 4GB RAM with 64GB storage variants. A larger 5.5-inch Full HD display is expected with 1080 x 1920 pixels of resolution.

In terms of camera, one can expect a 16MP rear snapper and the front could get a 13MP snapper. On the other hand, there has been speculation over a dual rear snapper. The Redmi Note 5 will be the successor to the Redmi Note 4, which is the current best-selling device.
