A new feature revealed by WhatsApp beta for Android version 2.17.316 will let users respond to a particular message by simply tapping on that message, as per WABetaInfo. This will reduce the number of steps needed to respond to messages. And, once you hit on send, the response will also include the original message quoted. This means, it would be clear that you have responded to that particular message.
Meanwhile, WhatsApp brings 'Verified Accounts' feature to WhatsApp for Business. If you see a green badge next to a contact's name, it means that WhatsApp has confirmed that the phone number of this contact belongs to a business account.
However, WhatsApp business verification is currently limited to a small number of businesses participating in a pilot program.
