At a Galaxy Unpacked event on July 9, the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Galaxy Z Flip 7 are expected to make their formal debuts. Allegedly official-looking renderings of the supposed phone have appeared online ahead of its expected release, indicating two potential colour options and a decrease in thickness when compared to the Galaxy Z Fold 6. The potential storage capacities of Samsung's seventh generation Galaxy Z Fold smartphones have also been disclosed by a merchant.
Android Headlines purportedly released "official" renderings of the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 in a story. Blue Shadow and Jet Black, two of its colour possibilities, are alluded to in the pictures. More colours might be available for the phone, though. The mockups also suggest that the alleged smartphone may have a somewhat smaller form factor.
The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 looks to feature a much slimmer profile—between 3.9mm and 4.5mm—when compared to the Galaxy Z Fold 6. This might also indicate that the phone's overall weight could be reduced for improved ergonomics.
This discovery is consistent with the official data that we currently possess. The rumoured Galaxy Z Fold 7 is the "thinnest, lightest, and most advanced foldable yet," according to the South Korean tech giant.
Separately, a merchant in Finland is said to have revealed the storage versions of the Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Galaxy Z Flip 7, which are identical to those from the previous year.
The book-style foldable smartphone from Samsung may come in three different capacities: 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB. Blue Shadow, Jet Black, and Silver Shadow are the expected colour options, albeit the top-end model could not include the first one.
