Idea introduces a new 'Jackpot' offer. It offers up to 10GB data at ₹100.
While Reliance Jio had to withdraw its Summer Surprise offer, Idea has come up with another lucrative offer to battle it out in the fierce competition. It has launched the Data Jackpot for postpaid users.
This plan offers up to 10GB data per month, for the first three months, at an affordable ₹100 via the My Idea app. basically, Idea has announced a jackpot that will offer users at least 1Gb up to 10GB of mobile data per month, for the first three months. In addition, it will continue to offer 1GB data at ₹100 per month after the three months. It is a limited period offer.
As announced earlier, effective 1 April, 2017, Idea’s 200 million customers will enjoy free incoming calls while roaming on company’s 2G, 3G and 4G network across 400,000 towns and villages in the country.
Idea, just like other telcos, has been scrambling to keep with Jio offers. Recently, BSNL also announced 10GB data per day at ₹249. Apart from that, it will also allow users to make unlimited free calls between 9PM to 7AM and also on all Sunday.
