Huawei has launched its new smartphone - Honor 9i - for the Indian market. Priced at Rs 17,999, and will be exclusively available via Flipkart starting 14 October dipped in Prestige Gold, Aurora Blue, and Graphite Black.
The Honor 9i sports a 5.9-inch display with 2160 x 1080 resolution and 18:9 aspect, which is one of its key highlights. It runs Android nougat with its own EMUI 5.1 on top.
Under the hood, it gets an octa-core Kirin 659 processor coupled with 4GB of RAM. Then there's 64GB of onboard storage, expandable up to 128GB via microSD card slot.
The smartphone comes with a dual camera setup - 16MP + 2MP with LED flash on the back. It also gets a 13MP + 2MP dual camera setup on the front with LED flash. The connectivity options include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS, NFC and a USB Type C port. It also gets a fingerprint scanner.
Finally, the device is fuelled by a 3340mAh battery.
