Beware of these links on WhatsApp, says Delhi Police

WhatsApp is generating malicious links saying free access to video streaming on Netflix, Amazon Prime. Be aware of those links, but why?

Delhi Police Cybercrime has warned people to ignore or report these kinds of malicious links as they can steal your personal data, including bank details.

They shared the post on their Twitter account. The post read, "These messages have URLs/Links which are flagged as malicious by multiple antivirus engines. The Links have been blocked."

In the Twitter post, they shared a series of photos of which attested to what they said. In one of the photos, the URL was given, which read, "Get 2 months of Amazon Premium Free anywhere in the world for 60 days. http://profilelist.xyz/? livestream."

You should always be cautious before clicking on these links as they can directly affect your device and hack your private details.
