The iPhone 7, predecessor of the recently launched iPhone 8, is now available by paying Rs 7777 down payment for the 32GB model. It is now selling at the Bharti Airtel exclusive online store.

After paying Rs 7777 as down payment, users will have to pay Rs 2499 per month for the next 24 months. These monthly instalments mean a special plan that brings 30GB data and unlimited calls, be it local, STD and national roaming. Also includes Airtel Secure package that will look after any physical damage done to the device as well as offer cyber protection.

Harmeen Mehta, Global CIO & Director - Engineering, Bharti Airtel said, "This is yet another exciting digital innovation from Airtel to delight customers. Not only are we making it easier for millions of customers to upgrade to devices they always wanted, we are also making the entire process seamless and simple through digital technologies.

On the other hand, Jio had also announced new special tariff plan for the iPhone 8 offering 90GB of data per month at Rs 799. It was introduced for postpaid and postpaid users alongwith free voice and SMS along with subscription to Jio's premium apps. The validity period is 28 days.
