Users of the Amazon app on iOS rushed to Twitter on Tuesday to express their dissatisfaction, claiming that they cannot place new purchases or view their purchase history. The technological problem appears to have impacted numerous customers in India and other regions. However, not all Amazon users are now experiencing the issue.

According to various media reports, users of Amazon's Android app are not experiencing this difficulty. In response to the malfunction, the US e-commerce behemoth acknowledged the problem and promised a repair.

Several customers took to Twitter to complain about being unable to use the Amazon app on their iOS devices owing to a "CS11 issue." According to them, the issue has been present since Tuesday afternoon. Users in other regions of the world, including Europe and the United States, are also experiencing this problem. Some users have also reported that the difficulties remain even after reinstalling the programme.
