Just two days after veteran actor Kamal Haasan urged the public to send evidence of corruption against the government departments, all the sites crashed. In fact, on Friday itself, the official mail IDs of ministers and their addresses went missing from the state official sites. Previously, the site was furnished with information about a minister's residence and office address, contact phone number and an email ID.
The actor had earlier made a statement through his Twitter account, following which complaints started pouring in. After this, the ministers decided to remove their personal details. However, finance minister D Jayakumar maintained that the contacts of the MLAs were intact and that nothing had been removed. He also said that those who wanted to complain should provide evidences for the corruption charges.
Meanwhile, tension has intensified between the two parties. For instance, AIADMK members said that DMK was desperate to capture power. They said that DMK could stoop down to any level to capture power in the state and that they are cashing in on Kamal Haasan's comments. Meanwhile, Kamal Haasan has accepted the DMK's invitation to attend the diamond jubilee celebration of party's mouthpiece Murasoli on August 8.
