BCCI to state associations: Keep plan B if SC verdict against them

Synopsis

The SC hearing on Monday regarding BCCI vs Lodha was adjourned to Dec 9. BCCI is yet to make a final decision regarding the Lodha reforms. Meanwhile, Lodha Panel is still stuck to its suggestion of dismissing the BCCI officials.

The apex court was supposed to hear the third status report by the Lodha Committee. In the previous hearing, Justice Lodha-led panel suggested the Supreme Court to dismiss the BCCI officials for not implementing the Lodha reforms.
