Watch: Third Keralite killed in Arabian country in two months

A 45-year-old man from Kerala was shot dead in Riyadh on Thursday mid-night by Saudi nationals. The video of the incident is now widely being shared on YouTube. Nazeer is the third Keralite to be murdered by Arab nationals in last two months. Two others persons were killed in Oman during robbery attempts. 

Local Saudi reports claim that the deceased, identified as Nazeer, was shot dead by a three-member gang of robbers. Nazeer, a native of Attingal near Thiruvananthapuram had restaurant at Laila Aflaj in Riyadh. 

According to eyewitnesses, three Saudi nationals came to dine at Nazeer's restaurant and got into an argument over the bill. A video of the incident shows Nazeer literally kicking out the Saudi, who then returns back with a gun and shoots him dead.

The incident occurred about 12.30 am.  His burial will be held at Aflaj in Riyadh. Nazeer is survived by wife Seena and children Nazr, Ashiq and Nehra.  

John Philip, a native of Kottayam was killed on 16 June while Sathyan, a Thiruvananthapuram native was murdered on 13 July.
